Smart Property Matching
AI algorithms match tenants with suitable properties based on preferences, budget, and location in Kenya.
Dynamic Pricing
Market-based rental price suggestions considering Kenyan property market trends and local factors.

For Property Owners/Landlords:
- Provide accurate property information and photos
- Maintain valid property ownership or management authorization

- Honor rental agreements and payment terms
Service Fees (in Kenyan Shillings)
Property Listing Fee:
KES 500/month per property
Transaction Fee:
2.5% of monthly rent
